The charming valley landscape of the Bündner Herrschaft wine region with its famous vineyards and the picturesque little town of Maienfeld give way to towering mountains. We fly over San Bernadino and cross the Alps heading towards Bellinzona with its three medieval castles (UNESCO World Heritage Site). You can already see Lake Maggiore, the lowest point in Switzerland (193 metres above sea level), glistening in the distance as we fly over the plains and rice fields of Magadino.

Traditional Ticino delicacies await us in a rustic grotto perched high above the lake on a sun-drenched terrace with breathtaking views. You simply won’t want to leave this dreamlike place.

Our return flight takes us through the Verzasca valley and over the high Alpine reaches of the Lukmanier Pass. Piz Medel and its surrounding glaciers greet us on the north side of the Alps before we reach Disentis. We fly between Oberalbstock and Bifertenstock, towards the Glarus Alps. The imposing summits of Clariden and Tödi greet us with their glaciers. On past the Tschingelhorn mountain with its famous Martinsloch rock window and on past the Swiss Tectonic Arena Sardona (UNESCO World Heritage Site) towards Pizol to mention just a few highlights before this unforgettable scenic flight comes to an end in Balzers.
